TX Student Suspended for Urinating in Water Bottle, After Teacher Denied Break
01/25/2012 // WPB, FL, USA // Injury Lawyers News // Nicole Howley
This is so wrong on so many levels. The teacher should have never denied the student a bathroom break, and the school should have never punished this student so harshly for doing what he had to do. Holding your urine can lead to health problems, as well as embarrassing accidents in the classroom. This child could not ignore nature, and he did what he had to do. The family should definitely seek advice from a lawyer.
